The majority of the units in the complex are approximately 1,200 square feet with 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths, updated fully equipped kitchens with an open design providing plenty of dining and entertainment space. The beautifully maintained community has paver streets leading to the villas with attached carports. The villas have amazing views of the white quartz-like sands of Crescent Beach and the clear warm waters of the Gulf.

Of those, we have been to the Island House with family for 17 of those 20 years. We love the location and have family that lives in Sarasota, Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It is an annual family reunion.The cleanliness of the units in 15S and 17S was under par. There were issues with dish cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness, drawer cleanliness and floor cleanliness. Including beach chairs, cooler, children games and books. We are planning our next year vacations right there️❤️️❤️️near a barbecue area.
I think the owner should update the beds in the second room as they seem to be easily movable (bed seemed really light) when rolling over in bed. I love that there was a lot of games and beach items in the closet for our use. A damage deposit of $350 is required on arrival. Each condo boasts a spectacular unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico beachfront, while renting a stand-alone villa gives you a peaceful private experience just yards away from the beach and the pool. We had a wonderful experience, loved having direct access to the beach! Pool was nice get away after beach fun. The condo was fabulous, beds were extremely comfortable, loved our sunsets and morning beach walks. Book your stay in Siesta Key with one of our private villas!

Friendly, laid back staff, great location, beautiful beach and surroundings. Of all the properties weve stayed in over 26 years at Siesta Key, this was by far the most enjoyable location. The furniture, kitchen supplies and beds were all above the norm as expected.The property was so clean, and we appreciated how quiet the room is.
